The part after this (with the eerie organ noises) is more likely to be Funky Dung than this part because the noises can be relevant to the word "dung" and that it opens with a slightly catchy opening line, therefore, that part's more possible to be Funky Dung. Also remember that the working title for Funky Dung was "Split Knees", and changed at the last minute. So I don't really think that the name "Split Knees" would really suit this part. Breast Milky comes after Father's Shout, BrokenChair88, and then Mother Fore. The brass and orchestral part at the end (a reprise of the main theme) doesn't really go well with the title Funky Dung, in my opinion. Plus, the female choir chanting of "Sa-sa-sa-sa-sizzzzz-roast beef" can relate to this being Mother Fore. I also believe the choir section before this has a mixture of male and female voices and so (in my opinion) couldn't really be called Mother Fore but Breast Milky.

I never realized it was Mother Force. This is the funky part in my opinion so I assumed it was Funky Dung. I love this part of the song and think its funky shit.

Not to be rude at all, but according to Wikipedia this part of the suite is "Mother Fore".
Anyway, brilliant piece of work. Rock on, Pink Floyd!
