i love watching scc w/ his kids, it is comforting to know that there are dads out there like this, i wish my own dad would see this or any video like this and realize the massive hurt he has caused b/c he decided to leave. i miss you dad wherever you are.

God had a plan. It is the worst thing that could happen to a family, but if even 1 person got saved because of it, it was worth it. She wasn't at the age of accountability (Obviously), so she's in Heaven already. They'll meet again...

There is something wrong with this world that we live in. It was not meant to work like this.Christians cannot live in the fantasy that their faith somehow protects them from tragedy or hardships. Faith is the substance of things "hoped" for the evidence of things not yet seen. The kingdom of heaven is not yet fully manifested, but the faith of the Chapmen family is evidence that it is among us. I can only be encouraged to be a vessel for bringing the kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

I'm glad that they made no implication that this is part of Gods plan. However it is clear the God can make all things work together for good. From the perspective of an father with adopted children, its difficult to imagine anything good coming out of it that would make it O.K. Its just not O.K. ...
