Did you even read what I said?

Well, metallica put a stop to napster. Napster only helped bands get heard, like no other. Now limewire does the same thing and no reprocusions. Fuck metallica :)

Love this =]
.. But what is that on Isaac's head?!

The same could be said about Protest the Hero and Metallica... Metallica = 19 mil for Nothing Else Matters and Protest = 1.2 mil. Many would argue that Protest is a better band producing better songs. HOWEVER, you can't have just feel and no good riffs, or vice versa. The Arctic Monkeys seem to have catchy riffs and lines. Whereas what I've heard of Modest Mouse has mostly been just highly feeling based. Rockability caught on for a reason.

How does Arctic monkeys have 6mil hits and this song only 200k??? Modest mouse is perhaps the greatest band of our generation.... Its no contest. I have seen modest mouse 10+ and every time is unique... it helps to live in seattle but still they are the greatest band no matter where you live. (i like AM as well for the haters)

Just to clarify, I meant all the stuff that came out before 'Good News For People Who Love Bad News'.

Their older stuff sounds so much more emotional. I miss the old Modest Mouse :[
