I met this cat at the Radison in IL back in 2001 when they were in town for the House of Blues. I walk up to him and gave him some beats.. Almost got scraped by his body guards too.. This beat was banging untill the bells. Sound like someting we all have made before in the early stages of producing.

these type of beats are the easiest type to make that's why personally i don't consider manny fresh top notch, i aint taking nothing away from him cuz you gotta give him credit but i find myself making beats like this by mistake all the time.
