On the vid, at .12 it says "they lived in poverty". There's nothing past-tense about it: Shannon County where Pine Ridge is, is the poorest county in the entire U.S.A. It truly IS a third-world land. The reality of the Rez is something most Americans have no clue about. I'm not an AIM member, but what is still being done on the Rez's is atrocious. No one, even in the ghetto's, deals with life like this. I have lived in the ghetto, & now reside very near Pine Ridge. This shit's for real....
