WOW! Were rockers genetically engineered..what an ultimate picture of what virile men should look like. Spandex is very unforgiving and these guys look great. Instead our generation's contribution is ass-crackin baggy pants, rap, and male singers that look like my sister. Even with long hair back then, their image still screams: I am man-hear me roar. I think they were atleast to some extent influenced by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Their first album is quite similar, with less experimentalism and more "funky" guitar rhytms.

What where GFRR's major influences? What bands I mean. I really have tried to decrypt in their sound which ones could be, but I really can't. They ARE very unique.
