This is a great and unique interpretation of the song, but no one can top Gnarls Barkley's version.

this is absolutely amazing-so much soul! i absolutely love this guy's voice! beautiful! i heard this on the radio in nyc, and HAD to find it online-RAY you are amazing! beautiful arrangement and such a soulful voice-you are gifted!

Thomas Calloway i know for sure is cee-lo and he is the lead singer of gnarls barkley and was the singer, rapper in goodie mob-atl rap group with ties to outkast.Brian Burton is Dangermouse the the piano player and genius beat maker for gnarls barkley

I completely agree with you Chef because I argued the same thing on another Ray Gnarls cover post. People need to give respect where it's due. We wouldn't be here having this discussion if it weren't for Cee-lo and Dangermouse writing this song. Yes this version is good but I respect BOTH artists.

Best cover I've heard of this song, he captures some of the emotion you hear in the Gnarls Barkley slower versions, all the other covers I turned off cos they were saying the words without the feeling behind them. That said, It isn't as good as the original in my opinion, the song leans to a soulful voice.
