the best healthcare system in Europe is the Netherlands one, and is much more private than nacionalized systems around

The average canadian could probably handle a medical crisis in a private sytem much better than the average american-we have less debt, less insurance premiums, etc..
WHO has consistently ranked our healthcare better than ours.Beleive me, if you have an emergency, you will get healthcare immedately. The lineups only happen if people abuse the system or in the case of specialists
I'm not saying that our system is perfect. But for the average, its better

So let me get this straight - rich people choose to leave Canada for healthcare. Which implies Canada's healthcare is not as good as that in the U.S. At the same time, the "middle class" Canadians can't afford to come to the U.S. for their healthcare. If they had more of their money back (because their tax rate is higher than ours), however, they COULD afford to come here.
So you're advocating keeping the non-rich of Canada stuck in an inferior system by taxing the crap out of them?

Socialist policies will not work as well in America as those other countries. America is simply too large among other things. Not to mention those health care systems are not as unflawed as you may think, and those problems would be greatly amplified if such techniques were put to use in a larger country.

Ron Paul has many, many good ideas... he just isn't very articulate. What do we want? We end up with slick talkers, instead of people we agree with.

BS.... you have no idea what your talking about ... England is NOT A SOCIALIST COUNTRY they just care more about there citizens and provide health care for everyone... stop making excuses

Socialist healthcare doesn't work? I like Mr Paul, but sometimes he doesn't know what he's saying. Has this man ever been to Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, Austria, GREAT BRITAIN, and Denmark? These countries have the best living standards and all have one thing in common: Socialist Democratic systems - nationalized health care.
