Also the Style of Ryu and Ken, was originally a martial arts used to kill opponents, hence Akuma was the only one to use it to its full potential i.e Raging Demon. But Ryu was taught not to use the martial arts for violence, hence Ryu developed his version of the Metsus Go-Hadou. Ryu's one is the Shinku Hadoken. Ken makes his own moves i.e Shinryuken, Shippu, Shoryureppa. Sagat is probably the only one who used His fighting style and stuck to it. He doesnt need a raging demon lol. He is Sagat.

Well technically it depends. Sagat is the Muh tai emperor. Ryu is a fighter who searches for inner disocvery. Sagat is definitely stronger than ryu, but ryu is quicker, and has more technique i.e Shoryuken (which scarred him). After Sagat lost to Ryu he became obsessed with beating Ryu he dedicated his life to becoming stronger and better, to beat ryu. If Ryu did not have the Shoryuken, Sagat would be stronger. Its only because the Shinshoryuken can actually kill people in street fighter.

I know what you mean. But they're used a lot because that's what most SF fans want (or wanted at the time). Myself, I wish M. Bison or Sagat were in there, so someone could see which SF boss was truly the best.

If he showed up at your house with a bat, you wouldn't say that. Sagat is cool. Shotos like Ryu, Ken and the like are overrated and overused. Sagat's more original. Not saying that Ryu sucks or anything, but Sagat kicks ass, and saying bad things about him isn't going to change that.
