Wasn't "Steven" the first character to have AIDS and gay on the show?

Matthew Blaisdel was the sexiest man on the show. I hated it when Pamela Sue Martin and Al Corley left. As much as I loved Alexis...the first season was really the best. The best written. It was almost believable. I found it so intruiging...watching a secretary from Dayton being thrown into the shark pool i.e. the world of the Carringtons. Classic concept. I miss you Aaron Spelling.

I loved Claudia, she is so sexy

zoeydebra..yes they sure did! Claudia Blaisdel, once married to Steven as his "beard", went crazy again and burned down Fallon's hotel La Mirage where Alexis lived in the top penthouse suite. Hated that because Alexis' digs were posh!

Exactly jnepo1771..these type of shows are still popular today. I'd like to write for it. I'd have Little Blake go abroad to school in London and come back with an English bitchy fashionista Joan Collins look alike who married him for his money and spars instant hatred from Grandma Alexis...who has got to be the most fun character on TV ever. Sure the show's not fine art but that's not the point.

...they really messed up the follow up episode, though. They should have done an episode where members were held hostage; they could have some of the family members try and escape, etc. This episode started the decline of the show, actually...

Yeah they could get a group of sexy, hot twenty to thirty-somethings to play the new generation, then have Blake, Krystle, Alexis, et al either do guest starring roles or just be part of the show. Shows like Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, 90210, and others are pretty popular today-this revival can work!

Oh hell yeah! That's what I say! Bring it back! Joan and Linda and Heather Locklear could do guest appearances while the Carrington grandchildren duke it out and outbitch their grandparents!!!! Hell yeah!!! |
