what i meant is the koreans were not trained well enough to put up the kind of resistance that was there so i think the soviets had to play a large role. but thats just my opinion.

this video is from the maneuvers over the swiss alps against the Fulcrums of the Ex-DDR.. Swiss agains Germans :-) Has once nothing to do with americans ;-)

Yeah they were trained by Russians so were the Viets pilots, but the exact number of participation is still a mystery.

i would bet they played a large extent because the koreans were poorly trained and for them to even put up resistance to the americans they would need a lot of soviet support. i watched a show where a former korean fighter pilot said the russians barely told them how to take off and land the jets let alone use it in combat. |
