The cop goes wayyyyy out of his way to assault the cyclist. Not getting enough action at home, I assume. The milkman is probably stopping by at home quite often while he's out "protecting" the countries citizens.

Twenty bucks says the cop doesn't even know why these people were riding their bikes - twenty more bucks says he thinks they're riding against the was in Iraq and George W. Bush. Fifty bucks says 90% of cops don't understand the implication of their own sworn oath and mandate while patroling the streets. Another fifty says they don't know the law's they are enforcing.
