This was sung by the Dutch band Teach-in at the 1975 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm. The Band sung first and won. The song was heavily criticised for it's childish, non-sensical lyrics, but remains one of the catchiest songs to have won the contest. Unfortunately for the Dutch this would be their last win as of yet.

From back when ESC was still a music contest and the quality of the song won in 9 out of 10 cases. Of course this was also the days of juries and not the sheep of Europe doing their dumb telephone voting.
