yea that is true its not an ek9 and if its in america ALL 96-00 hatchbacks are ej6's and dx coupes and sedans. so yea its an ej6 and who cares if they call it an ek9, its still a sick ass car.

Very nice boosted civic. Obviously a lot of work gone in to it. Unfortuantly though, its NOT an EK9. The EK9 is the JDM Type R. All civic hatchbacks that were made between 96-00 are not EK9's. As i said, they are only available from Japan as that is the only place they were released hence all real EK9's are right hand drive. This is probably a EJ6 Still, the vid is cool and the turbo spool sounds sick.
