i was in the 3rd grade when this happened. that day we had a lock down at our school because someone had robbed the local beer store. then i wne home and i found my did at home, which normally he didnt come home until way later. i asked why he was home. he siad the world trade centers got crashed into by terrorists. he works at a shipyard so he has to come home immeditly. all i remeber was cnn playing the video over and over again, it was horrible. rip for all who died that terrible day.

i remember i was in first grade when this happened. we were in the computer lab and we saw this thing about it on GOOGLE. Once i got to my babbysitters, my bff and i turned on tv and they were showing the video of it. We thought it was cool but then we realized how bad it was and that it was and attack that killed many people. we felt very guilty for thinking that it was something cool. :(

I was 10 years old and i had just woke up and went into the living room and everyone was watching it on the news. i didn't even talk to anybody, i just sat down on the floor with a friend of mine and stared at the t.v, it was complete silence, until crying broke it.

I was home eating infront of the tv with my friend, when my mom came home and asked us if we know what happend, but we were only 11 years, so we thought it was a movie all the time.

I was studying for my Insurance license. I walked in to see people standing watching the television. Tears streaming, mouths hanging open. Our world has never been the same since...

I was working as a merchant marine in Alaska when I got the news. We were pulling into Dutch Harbor (where they film Deadliest Catch) and one of the engineers told us a plane had hit one of the Twin Towers. By the time we had tied up and went ashore to watch the news both towers had already collapsed. We were all so horrified. All of my crew just wanted to go home and be with the people they loved

I woke up @ a motel outside of Beale AFB, turned on the tv & saw video of the WTC attacks, slowly my husband woke up & watched what I was watching. We were both WTF? We knew then our USAF assignment was going 2 B different than we expected (it was).
