they were not charged with anything but they get tickets for watching, useualy they get a ticket for around $ 50-350 tops.

I love watching racing, but i mean why do it on the streets, take it to a track for 15 bucks a day NO FINES, and paramedics on site at all times, whats the point of risking thousands in fines |
