I was a long time fan of Traditional Martial Arts...but after studing MMA i can honestly say...I learned more about fighting in 6 months than i've ever learned fighting the traditional way. I studied Wing Chun since i was 6...I left that style 20 years later....MMA is the way to go...A decently trained MMA fighter would murder just about any so called Traditional Martial Arts Master...with ease.

I like this Master Wong, and i have some of his dvd's. They are helpful to me. I have a saying, better to be tried by 12 that to be carried by 6. If some worthless uneducated rubbish druged up piece of crap tries to kill you, then kill them, do not worry about the law. In that moment of madness, the law will not be there to help you, only your training can help you, and the more you train, the more help you give to yourself. So remember, better to be tried by 12 than to be carried by 6.

i just saw that fight um hes duin muy thai bro some of the movements r similar cuz there very tight and straight but it aint wing chun...i saw a couple vids but if u wanna link me sumtin be my guest :) god bless

Heehee!!! u a funny guy. Sounds like u have been watching these youtube videos where the Wing Chun people either punch fast or do flowerly hands in an attempt to make WC look nice...or folks like this person who uses the dummy as if it were a live person - ie. attacking a piece of wood. The dummy is used as a reference device for body structure and range finding practice. U go in2 dummy w/ur structure & see if your body gets out of balance & if dummy reacts correctly 2 ur contact.
