Well i do jujutsu but not judo. I think if you want to protect yourself in real life than go to jujutsu. Nowadays judo is a sport but jujutsu is still good for selfdifense

Judo, in my opinion... It could help you a lot. Im (recently)17 years old and i've been practicing judo since i was 7...

The "basics" wont help you very much... You must be persistent, and practice a lot, if you want to be good at judo. But well, even the basics will help improving your wrestling...

learning judo is the best way to supplement your wrestling abilities. If you really want to be a kick ass wrestler, get a taste of judo, and go to a dojo, so you can learn not just the basics, but more. It takes a while to learn the throws, because u have to learn how to fall a certain way before you learn to throw. I hope this helps!! |
