Bottom line, the kids were breaking the law, even if they think the law is stupid. The officer said stop and the kid didn't stop. If the officer has to put his hands on the kid to make him stop or make him comply, then that is not, automatically, police brutality. That's just a punk kid that disagrees with the city ordinance regarding skateboarding and, therefore, thinks he can ignore the officer because the officer is representative of that law. Now these ignorant kids have a police record.

The young people in his video were clearly being harassed unjustifiably. This cop had something to prove and instead serving society he abused his authority and created a situation that could have easily been resolved without violence or intimidation. There are many good police officers who are intelligent enough communicate and investigate. This is a clear example of fascist authority intimidating innocent people. Didnt you see the kid being chocked in the beginning...no exuses.
