Its just the computer. Computer has always been exempt from charging. I've seen computer Guile walk forward and just Flash Kick out of nowhere.

alex was good char on sf3 he can stun the opponent really fast, but i stick whit urien whit his great combos and sf4 need more combos like sf3

at first view i also prefer Alex, but lest give him time...
They arent exploring the caracters very well wet.
Alex was a good caracter in sf3, who thinks he is trash probably never saw people playing proprely with it.

Only dumb thing I can see here is you Grizmor. Abel isn't dumb, you are, for thinking that he is dumb. Abel seems like one powerful character, also looks very fun to play with. Great work with the footage Arxinal.
