The more industrialization and chemistry involved, the more health problems we have. Mad cow is a product of industrialization-not nature! There is huge difference not only in nutritional value,but in taste when the meat you eat is farmed organically. Huge difference! I personally do not want to eat any kind of food that is injected with hormones and forced to live in an unnatural way ,and I am NOT rich or even priveledged,but my health depends on it. Yours does too.

It's easy for Wolfgang, he can rasie his prices to compensate for high food cost. Can you? Thats not the real issue though. The truth is that there are some practices in farming that should be changed. But there are trade offs. for example if you take a sow out of the crate and put her with others, they fight violently for food resources and can injure each other. The way we farm was designed to minimize injury and disease and maximize health and growth. Wayne Pacelle never talks about that.
