It would have been less contradicting if they would have taken out the thinspo quotes, but then they add to what Sophie must believe in.
Its sad to restrict from eating when maybe some of these people in the video must eat more than average(I would know because I have friends who are eating machines but stay slim)I'm not one of those people who can get away with doing that so I take care of what I eat, but I also understand that starving myself isn't good for me.

fuck that shit! models arent even as skinny as they look or if they are that skinny their skin is so blotchy and have little glow because their is no vitamins in their skin...so they are airbrushed to look like that. noone should really look like that. EAT FOOD! FOOD IS YUMMY! IT IS YOUR FRIEND! IT KEEPS YOU ALIVE AND NOT DYING! FOOD IS GREAT! JUST EAT IT!
