A skyline gts-t would be a perfect car to build. Almost the same price as a civic but its RWD and already has a turbo set up. A turbo mr2 isn't much more than a civic either. And lets not forget my favorite car, the Chevette. All these cars are RWD and under or around 5 grand and when your done you have a pretty decent car car. And for the record I live in Canada, and yes you can get a skyline gts-t landed for about 3-4 grand.
