Well then, do so. And stop bothering the rest of us.

NewHarvest, you pretend to yourself that it's music if you want,I'd rather listen to real composers who have real talent not someone who's made a name for himself by being different for difference sake.

M. Dood: Regardless of whether you like the sound of Messiaen's creations, it is ignorant to suggest that they are not music. Get thee out of the 19th century.

Messiaen is a very aquired taste, along with most French Organ Music, get used to it.

What has childish fumblings got to do with ROMANTIC music, you can label Messiaen's noise's how you want to..music should sound like music and Messiaen did a marvelous job of avoiding the fact,..too many classical organists are to afraid of being honest with themselves in case they're seen as not being able to see what Messiaen "is getting at".

This is an Extemporisation, but its just called Organ Improvisation, ik know, I keep having that same thought, Improvisation is without a theme, so I don't know why they call it Organ Improvisation.

thats the point of French ROMANTIC era Organ Music.

so abstract and beautiful music flows naturally. Creativity in close up. I love seeing the hands moveing on the organ
