Johnny Mercer, sheer genius. He had a romance with Judy Garland early in her career and carried the torch for her his whole life. He wrote the song "That Old Black Magic" about her........He was driving in his car when he heard the news of Judy's death. They say he had to pull over to the side of the road and just cried and cried....God Bless You Johnny Mercer
