As a singer, I don't know how he actually performs this. Not only is it a sad song but he WROTE IT ABOUT HIS OWN SON!! There are songs that I have had to sing at the funerals of relatives (including my brother and father) and to this day - I still find it very difficult to perform them without being affected vocally by the emotions - and I didn't even WRITE the songs...
