Terry Wey sings songs by Schubert, including An die Musik

From a DVD extra of "L'Or des Anges", this shows you scenes from their filming with the Vienna Boys Choir. The songs are both from Franz Schubert, who is counted among the alumni of the WSK. The second in An die Musik. The soloist is Terry Wey. The following is one of the official descriptions of the film. "This film traces the history of the most celebrated choirs of the Western tradition along with the personal development of the singers' individual careers. Two distinct stories are this intimately entwined. The private one starts with the admission in a choir to the physical and psychological uneasiness that puts an abrupt end to the singers' careers. A didactic approach is then added to his private story that reviews the various institutions, sometimes considered in their national paradigm, where national variety is stressed in terms of education, vocal techniques and repertoires."
