I think it would be hard to kill without using Heroics, regardless of weapon.
There is no specific food type to activate Heroics, just eat the food types listed on one of your Felyne that has Heroics in its skill list.
The Prominence Bow III is 252 attack with 120 fire.

would i be able to kill without heroics with a Heartshot BowI, Crimson Blue, or Black Cannon? and if not how do what do i eat for heroics i forget and how much attk is prominence bow 3?

dragon bow earth is kinda hard to get. i think you must first unlock (red)lao shan lung and get its parts

Oh my bad. I didn't know you wanted a Dragon attrib bow.. Didn't read it. The only other one that's easy to get that has Dragon is Dragon Bow Earth.

Prominence Bow III (the one used in the video) is a good choice. So is Sonic Bow III or Dragonwood Bow Halo.
