they why don't you stop whining and go do what he did and take on the federal government for the right to smoke marijuana. just because he is successful he should not be entitled to medical marijuana?

Than he can afford his own drugs! I also have this disease and the government is not buying me a stash.

my dumbass friend let a gay comment. Patients that are using under the recommendation of a doctor, should not be tying up the justice system. When we could be using our resources to go after the more serious threats, violent criminals. Everyone knows prohibition increases crime in many ways, for 1 it allows employees of marijuana prohibition (a.k.a.) drug dealers. Doctors care about your health, while drug dealers care only about their financial gain and have no concern for anyones health.

If we were to isolate the medicine as much as possible, i would not be so gay

The Hoobs probably makes much better words, that could possibly be taken seriously. On the other hand, it is a major part of tax payers money incarcerating non-voilent offenders. While freeing violent offenders, that may in many times, a chance to cause more violent crime again. If it is for medicinal use, recommended by a doctor. I think it is a health issue and not a criminal one. I might be preaching to the choir, I think that we should have more focus on violent crime as it steadily rises.
