I agree multifaith relationships can be interesting most times and tend to work better with understanding each other ideas better first. Everyone has differences and faith is just one more difference. I, myself have a Satanist girlfriend, and we get along fairly well.

I so agree with somany things you say I think sometimes religion can cause problems but I think my beleifs are so complicated i could never find someone that belives exactly the same way. so I could have a mixfaith relationship as long as we respected eachother and didnt think the other was completly wrong "fundemetlists"

wait Forrest, he claims to be your friend but says he thinks you should burn in hell for your beliefs? some friend. How can he be a friend if he doesn't respect your beliefs?

Over all, I think you should bear with your brother's dicision to be with this Fundimentalist Christian, because as we both can see, he loves her very much, and vice-virsa. I have a Christian friend, very Fundimentalist, yet he knows I am Wiccan. Because he is my good friend, he accepts me. (Just that he thinks I should burn in Hell.) Anyway, thats my view. Blessings.

Well, I'm glad that your time was enjoyable then. Being at peace is far better than turmoil, . . . especially over something where (most likely) neither side will "win the otherside over". Blessings!

Better than expected. My brother's girlfriend didn't say much of anything and my brother in law actually had an open dialogue with me about Wicca. That doesn't happen in our family, We don't talk about subjects deemed taboo. Wicca is one of them.

So, how did the nephew's baptism weekend go? My brother and sister-in-law are both witches, and my family (fundamentalist Christians) all knows about them now. They don't openly say anything to them, but I know it is something they bring up at Wednesday night prayer. I'm probably more agnostic right now, so I get along with my brother and sis-in-law pretty well.

He's not sure.

My best advice is to be who you are regardless of the new chick. It's none of her business. But I would certainly let my brother know what I see from an objective third-person viewpoint. My husband is semi-adamant about there not being a Divine Being, but I'm adamant in the other direction, and we get along fine. But your bro's lady should be made aware (by him, of course) that his views won't be degraded by her in any way.
