oh i was a bartender many moons ago in amherst mass and the amherst brewery bar and pub accross the street was managed by Susan Sharandon's biological youngest brother that looked so much like her it was cool... but he said she was a tight wad with her millions and refused to pass some...to mr. tomlin her bro

I adore Streep and Thompson (Sharon Stone and Elisabeth Shue were brilliant in these roles as well)but Susan Sarandon truelly deserved this one (for this performance, but for her whole career as well), great inspiring women and actresses.
Brilliant movie: Sean Penn deserved even more credit than he got.
