"The Lost Levels" is in fact the Real Super Mario Bros. 2, but the game you see is a clone of Doki Doki Panic. That's why there's nothing remotely familiar about this game, such as no goombas, no koopas, no coinboxes, no warp pipes, and no King Koopa as the final boss.

so, is the real mario 2 the one called "The Lost Worlds"???

Technically, this game isn't a mario game, as some people say. It's really Doki Doki Panic, which Miyamoto worked on and the US and European version was that game with Mario put on it instead. The real SMB2 was only released in Japan and it's basically the first one with different levels.

it's actually not a mario game it's just some shitty game from japan that was retextured to look like mario the real mario 2 game was to hard so instead of sending that to america they sent this game.
