football has had the physical edge taken out of it. Its now a foul if u tackle from the side and win the ball, or if u hook the ball from them when u r behind...it seems now that any tackle where the player ends up on the ground as a result of the tackle is a foul. I for one love seeing a good, crunching fair tackle, but nowadays you cant do it.
