problems start when govts realize that prostitution is a new Tax income form and they always try to profit from that the moment they legalize it. (job centers tell house wifes about whore vacancies ... it get worse!) It's better to keep it in the "tolerated" area rather than fully legalising it.(police check on whore licenses, Govt centers keep records ... Health Insurance becomes virtually impossible)
