not bad...not bad at all...just try some ducking and throws over the back like hip throws and neck throws...and learn some grappling...over all tho...this wasn't a waste of my time...i like watching these types of vids...keep it up

I'll give u some real good tips . if someone gets u in a rear naked choke and they got it slapped on tight dont just lay there and let them choke you out . there is a way out of it . its called raking the eyes . if your ins situation and the person has u in some type of painfull lock or choke bite them if u can bite and rake the eyes . this was one of bruce lees principals in a fight use ur mind are we not naimals do we not bite and scratch
