She's not lip-synching. It takes time for the sound of her voice to reach the people and the camaras. If you realize how big that stadium is, thats a lot of space, so its looks like it lags because sound takes that long to reach you when your that far away from her.

OMG she is AMAZING!!!! If you want to hear another great version of this song look for the closing ceremonie.... it is with KIDS and one 10 yearold has an amazing voice!!!!!

I think she must be singing with the recorded version because there are parts that she sings (3:31 + 3:55) which don't feature on the record. I love her whatever! :)
