gets a little slop every now and then. Seems like his hands are either to low or too far forward. but you don't kno if this guy could have been working out before this and such. Guards tends to get sloppier the more tired you are.

Don`t kid yourselves,this guy is very quick and has some devastating power.This is an offensive workout,more than a defensive drill, so its not fair to criticize his hand position.The most important warning for beginners is to have someone hold the heavy bag for them, so they don`t sprain their wrists.This guy has his wrists built up and has his hands fully taped which minimize his risk of wrist sprain.
