He wasn't arrested for ANYTHING he said. He was KICKED OUT for using the word "blowjob", (which isn't shown in this particular clip), among other reasons. Fighting the officers, breaking free from them TWICE, and trying to incite 200+ people to riot against the officers is what got him arrested. Refusing to allow them to cuff him is what ultimately got him tased.

He's resisting by refusing to allow them to cuff him. They managed to cuff his right hand, they were trying to cuff his left hand, and his left arm was latching onto a chair and he was refusing to let go. Also, during the removal, he broke free from the officers TWICE, that's also resisting an officer, which is what changed the removal to an arrest. Also, I believe it was 6 officers, and one of them was a female. The guy was bigger and taller than all of them except for the fat black one.
